Products
We sell sarees, three-piece sets, panjabi, orna and chador. Many are painted by hand.
Hand-painted pieces are made one at a time and are not identical to each other. The photograph on a product page shows the design, the fabric and the standard of work. It is not a promise of an exact copy. Small differences in a line, a shade or the spread of a motif are part of hand work, not a fault.
Colour on a screen is not colour in daylight. Phone screens differ from each other, and every screen differs from cloth.
Measurements given on product pages are approximate. A saree described as 12 hands may vary slightly.
Prices
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout.
We can change a price at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If we have made an obvious pricing mistake on a page, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel.
Orders
An order is confirmed when we accept it, not when you click the button. We may decline an order if the piece has already sold, if the delivery address is unreachable, or if we cannot contact you.
Because hand-painted pieces are one of a kind, two people can occasionally order the same piece within minutes. If that happens, the first confirmed order gets it and the second is refunded in full.
Payment
Cash on delivery, bKash and Nagad. For hand-painted pieces above 5,000 Tk we ask for the delivery charge in advance.

Cancelling an order
You may cancel free of charge any time before the parcel is dispatched. Call us. Once the courier has it, the return rules apply instead.
Our designs
The paintings, designs, photographs and videos on this site are our own work. Please do not copy them for commercial use. If you want to sell our pieces, that is what wholesale is for, and you are welcome.
Using this site
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this website. Do not place fake orders. We may refuse service to anyone who does.
If something goes wrong
Call us first. Nearly everything is solved with one phone call. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order plus its delivery charge.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
