Where we deliver

Anywhere in Bangladesh. We send through the usual courier services, and inside Khulna city we often deliver by hand.

Delivery is free on orders over 5,000 Tk.

Orders are dispatched within one working day. During Durga Puja, Eid and Pohela Boishakh the couriers are slower than usual, so please order early in those weeks.

How to pay

  • Cash on delivery – available across Bangladesh. Pay the courier when the parcel reaches you.
  • bKash or Nagad – send to 01743177116 and write the transaction ID in your order note.

For hand-painted pieces above 5,000 Tk we ask for the delivery charge in advance before dispatch. These are one-of-a-kind items, and a refused parcel means the piece comes back after a week of travel.

Check the parcel in front of the delivery man

Please open the parcel while the courier is still there. If the item is wrong or damaged, refuse it on the spot and call us. That is the simplest fix for everyone.

Returns and exchange

Tell us within 3 days of receiving your order. The piece must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and still have its packaging.

We will replace or refund in full if

  • The wrong item was sent.
  • The item arrived torn, stained or damaged.
  • The item is clearly different from what was shown on its product page.

We cannot take back

  • A piece that has been worn, washed, stitched or cut.
  • A piece returned after 3 days.
  • A hand-painted piece returned only because the shade looks different from the photograph. Painted colour varies between pieces and screens vary between phones. This is explained on How it is made.
  • Sale items and custom orders, unless they arrived damaged.

How to start a return

Call 01743177116 or email jolrong744@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph of the problem. Do not send the parcel back before we confirm, or it may be lost.

Return courier charge is paid by us when the fault is ours, and by you otherwise. Refunds are sent back through bKash or Nagad within 7 working days of the returned item reaching us.

Sizes

Sarees have no size. Three-piece sets are sold unstitched, so no size is needed there either. Panjabi is stitched and does have a size, so please write the size in your order note.
