  • Your bKash or Nagad transaction ID, if you pay that way

We need all of this to send you a parcel. Without it there is no order.

When you write to us

Whatever you put in the contact form or the email: your name, your email address, your message.

When you simply visit

Ordinary web records: your IP address, your browser, which pages you opened. This is standard for any website and we use it to keep the site working.

What we never collect

We do not store card numbers or bKash PINs. We have no reason to and no way to. Cash on delivery is handled by the courier. bKash and Nagad payments happen inside those apps, not on this site.

Why we use it

  • To pack and deliver your order
  • To contact you about that order
  • To handle a return or a refund
  • To answer your question
  • To keep basic business records

We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them.

Who else sees it

  • The courier company gets your name, address and phone number. They cannot deliver without it.
  • Our web host stores the site and its database.

We do not sell your information to anybody. We do not pass your phone number to other sellers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for business and tax records. Contact form messages are kept while the matter is open and cleared out afterwards. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to keep the order record.

If you create an account you can see and edit your own details at any time from My account.

Other websites

We link to our Facebook page and our YouTube channel. Once you are on those sites, their own privacy policies apply, not ours.
