Jhinuk is the cowrie shell. Each bangle is a plain base wound tightly in cloth strips, stitched down, then set with shells and a few beads. The stack is built from several widths so it fills the wrist without being heavy.
Sold as the set shown. Because they are wound by hand, no two in the stack are the same width, and none of them will match a photo exactly.

Made by hand in the same Khulna workshop as the sarees, from the offcuts left over after a garment is cut. Colours and sizes move a little from piece to piece. That is the point of it.
Care
Keep it dry. Do not wash it and do not spray perfume on it. Wipe with a dry cloth and store it flat, away from the sun. Thread and fabric fade faster than metal does.
