Description
Muslin is unforgiving. The cloth is so fine that a brush loaded wrong bleeds straight through it, so this saree was painted slowly, over several days, in thin layers.
Small birds sit among scattered flowers across the body, and the pallu carries the heaviest cluster. The ivory ground keeps it quiet enough for daytime, and the painting is detailed enough to carry a wedding.

Care
Dry clean is safest for muslin. If you wash at home, use cold water and a mild soap, no brush, no wringing. Dry flat in shade.
